  16. Try using HDToolbox instead of the supplied ApolloInstall 4.0.
  17. That did it for me once.

  19. Also be sure to check the termination. If you are using 
  20. ApolloInstall 5.0 (not 5.02), it has a bug which requires you to
  21. set the SCSI ID to unit 0.
